What is our return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or receive store credit.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com immediately so we may correct the issue for you.
All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit is issued through a discount code sent via email and does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, along with the cost of doing so. Please keep record of your tracking number until we have confirmed that the package has been received. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost on their way back to us.
Once the package is delivered and the item(s) has passed inspection, a refund will be processed. This can take up to 3 business days.
